TERMS OF SERVICES

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS

  • Write in clear and decent manner.

  • Provide clean & neat references.

  • Be as much descriptive as you can be when ordering a commission.

  • If buyer is underage this T.O.S must be read by a parent/tutor before ordering.

  • Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

II. PAYMENT

  • After commission confirmation an invoice will be sent to you.

  • Payment will be sent from Stripe. (If you only have a PayPal account without a card, I can send the invoice within PayPal, however the fees will be higher.)

  • All commissions must all be payed upfront.

  • Payment expectation must be done within 24h, unless otherwise discussed.

  • Mailed Cash, E-Cards, E-Shop, etc. are not accepted.

  • Payments plans are accepted only for orders over 600€.

III. PROCESS

  • Works in progress will be sent as soon as the order is starting to be processed.

  • A finished clean sketch will be first sent, it's up to the commissioner to be present to give the OK to finish the piece.

  • Communication must be present from both parties.

  • The finished piece might take up to 1-4 months to complete if not given a deadline.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • There will be a need of communication from both parties, if commissioner feels like the artist isn't communicating enough, they must directly confront the artist about it.

  • Upon sketch completion, the artist will be waiting the OK from the commissioner, if anything has to change it should be within the sketch process.

  • Upon piece completion, the commissioner can ask for minor changes.

  • Re-draws or major changes are not accepted after artwork completion.

V. DEADLINES/TIMEWORK

  • Due dates/Deadlines comes with an extra fee, however you should at least give the artist a minimun of 2 weeks for work.

  • Your artwork will start depending on where you are in the queue list.

  • You reserve the right to ask about your commission after 2 weeks of silence.

  • Commissions might take months to complete, however you reserve the right to ask for work in progress, but please do it with without pestering the artist about it.

VI. REPOSTING

  • Reposting the commission is OK within given proper credit to the artist.

  • Using the commission for personal usage (PFP, Banners, etc.) is OK even without giving credit as long as you're not claiming the artwork as your doing.

  • Watermarking the piece as your own is not accepted in any form.

VII. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

  • There will be no refunds after the artist started the commission.

  • Refunds can be done only within 3 days after payment has been sent, and only if the artist didn't start the commission yet.

  • Filing a chargeback against the artist will blacklist you from ever commissioning them again and will give all the rights to the artist to file a complaint.

  • Animals, Anthropomorphic characters, etc.

  • Humans, Semi-Humans, Splatoon characters, etc.

  • Any Gender/Species, Any Body-Type.

  • Contexts within a general audience.

General mature artworks containing:

  • Mature images, Nudity, Fetishes, etc.

  • Excessive gore and/or Violent images.

Illigal content and/or hateful content will not be accepted.

  • General Hateful images against/directed to someone/group.

  • General illegal images.
